Second Training on Reporting to the EU under the Water Framework Directive / River Basin Management Plan held in Tarcin on 29 November 2023.
The discussion during the meeting focused on the reporting schemes and guidance on the reporting on different activities related to the preparation of the RBMP, such as at the typology of surface and groundwater body levels, waterbodies delineation, grouping of surface water bodies, reporting under the WFD (August 2023).
The training involved technical and practical implementation of reporting issues and data requirements for an effective analyses and reports preparation.
Technical issues related to the implementation of reporting schemes were also analyzed, taking into account the use of the Water Information System (WIS) as the most appropriate formal framework for reporting to the EU under the WFD.
